Which story is true??? The one told by Pi as depicted by Ang Lee is a feast. Acting is first rate. Having read the book, I was still tensing up during certain scenes. Definitely see it in 3D. Beautifully crafted with vivid imagery. This can be enjoyed without 3D but I found myself getting absorbed in the story....3D helped and was not intrusive. What a magical story. Don't think too much about HOW this was done....just enjoy it for it's beauty and mystery.
