I never seen the play or read the book so I had no idea what to expect. It started off a bit slow …more»1 of 1 people found this review helpful-

I am not really into musicals, but went with my wife and some friends to see this one. I would have to say tho, that it was fairly entertaining for a musical. Excellent acting and could almost get into it.more»1 of 1 people found this review helpful-

As we are a fan of the musical theater production, we were looking forward to seeing this movie. Anne Hathaways's singing performance of Fantine was disappointing as well as Russell Crowe. Hugh Jackman we enjoyed. The little girl and the young lads …more»0 of 2 people found this review helpful-
