I like this movie a lot because it is very sarcastic. Steve Martin makes fun of LA and makes light of how indulgent things can be out there. The opening scene makes me laugh everytime. I would love to see someone drive to work that way.I also enjoy Sarah Jessica Parker in this movie. She plays the perfect stereotypical hip California free spirit. I love that they made her so ditzy. Also the billboard that communicates is brilliant. So many people could use a little advice along the way, but Steve Martin gets it from a billboard. Hilarious. Even if you don't enjoy the story, the sight gags and sarcasm are worth watching at least once, even if you don't get the joke.
