Knowing(2009)- User Reviews

Rented this from Redbox the other day. I enjoyed this film, even though I am agnostic. This is because it places aspects of apocalyptic end times Biblical prophesy (mega disasters, Ezekial-like angelic spacecraft, the Rapture) in a form that non-believers could grasp. The special effects are really 1st rate--especially the plane crash and the Ezekial-like wheel in wheel spacecraft. Of course, in the end, as in the Bible, the corporeal Earth is destroyed as the Sun goes crazy, but a few young prophets are carried away (raptured) by the angel-alien spacecraft to a new world (Heaven? Garden of Eden?). It is worth seeing.
