Wow! I regret not going to see this film in theatres,and after having seen it,and liking it...??? I am tempted to believe all the conspiracy theories that have popped up surrounding this movie. Disney did not market this movie properly at all,and it seems to be on purpose. You have a potential Sci Fi Fantasy epic franchise about a Civil War veteran teleported to ancient Mars written by Edgar Rice Burroughs author of Tarzan,and you don't mention that in the marketing? The title of the classic book this movie is taken from is "John Carter Of Mars",and you fail to mention that in the marketing?Directed John Stanton who is an Academy awrd winning director of multiple Disney/Pixar movies,and you fail to mention that in the Marketing? Even the movie poster is boring on purpose to lead people away from this movie,and I'm of mind to believe the Crazy Conspiracy Theorist...THIS MOVIE IS TRUE! Ancient Mars not only had life,oxygen,and water,but also an advanced civilization. The government doesn't want the public to know this truth about Mars,and they told Disney to pan the movie.Watch this movie ,and pay close attention to the main Villains theTherms. Ignore the bad reviews,and what they've told you about Mars.
