it funny how people get #$%$ when others do not agree with their judgment or critique. Yes he was great, no he was not great. That's fine because it'is your opinion but the ego that is displayed by many when not agreed with is funny, especially the ones that want to sound so intelligent and "I know best" attitide and feel they are smarter than any other person on here and that their opinion is the right one. Well like they say, "opinions are like #$%$ holes every one has one, so stick to your ego opinions about the movie not other people's comments fool! I never read the books or knew anything about this Jack Reacher. I went to see it because I like Tom Cruises acting not so much his pretty face, i don't like pretty men, but for his acting and that I like. I enjoyed the movie. Maybe because I didn't go in the theater as a critic. I went as a movie goer. Which i don't get to do often anymore. It's more about dvds. And I didn't have any expectation and didn't go see it to compare. Last time I did that was with the GODFATHER book than the movie and I loved both.
