I read all the Jack Reacher books, and this movie is a joke.
B movie actors supporting a guy that does not fit the leading role, just does not make the grade as any form of Jack Reacher.
Lots of action, but it was too contrived and unrealistic. Two hours too long, thin on plot, unrealistic actors.
Maybe if it had been written to be a parody of action movies, and had a decent script, it would have been worth the money, but it was not.
Save your money and buy a Jack Reacher book, it will be far more entertaining.
