If I could count the books that I have read and turned into movies that were horrible,,,,,but not this time. I was about 120 pages into the book when I decided to go see it. I am glad I did not read anymore because you can't help but start comparing the two. Oh, there are plenty of differences between the book and movie. Charecters that never show in the movie (the sister, the NBC gal, and so on) and events in the movie that were never in the book, but were in the movie, and so on. But all in all, this was a very entertaining two hours.Tom cruise does a fine job-still would have preferred a 6'6", 250 pound actor. Go see it.
