Irreversible(2003)- User Reviews

While this film does have moments of well shot scenes and stylish artsy moments I cant help it feel it isnt much more than a film made to completely shock its viewers. This features the most brutal rape Ive ever seen on film alot worse than I spit on your Grave, casualties of War or Death Wish 1 and 2 which all were pretty heavy. In this we the viewers get to experience close ups of the victim played by Monica Bellucci face being punched, kicked then smashed into the concrete ground this happening after the near 9 minute anal rape scene in which many viewers walked out in distgust at one of its first sceenings in 2003.
