Finally a new fresh story in a scfi movie

star44

I think Justin T. is a raising star on stage and screen. Dont believe those nay sayers, he is coming along nicely. This movie was interesting and refreshing. There is so much rehash of the same old same remakes with CGI effects. Too many movies with CGI special effects that are unbelievable and tiring. With little or no story wrapped the effects.

Finally a new and fresh storyline easy to identify and accept as a different kind of reality of daily life, i was "all in". Everyone has a built-in Life Clock, when it hits zero your life is over. But the bonus is everyone stays at age 25. So Justin's Mom is really age 50 but looks 25, wow...she is hot! Funny, i am over 50 but always said i mentally feel like i am still 25. I think they got it right in this movie.

Any ways, the movie starts off with good development of daily work life with people being paid in Time units. You paid for everything with those same Time units. Coffee, food, phone, rent...all paid with Time units. No one seems to have very much. If you hit zero, you ZERO OUT and die.

Without say much more, I would strongly recomment everyone see this movie. Why becuase after seeing it, i come away with a new view about my life and myself. We are all chasing the same thing. Money vs Time units, same thing. Staying alive in our little world.

Ya, they did a good job in this modest movie with the story being the main point. Not CGI effects. I love the cars, the Time Keepers all drive 1070 Dodge Challengers, all dark gray with 20 inch rims.

oh ya, like they identify later in this movie, what is the point of living forever if you do nothing that is risky. Live life to it's most.
