In the Mood for Love(2001)- User Reviews

I have to say, i wasn't really impress with this movie unlike other Wong Kar-Wai movie. (IE Days Of being Wild, Chucking Express)

This movie is not bad, and contain the same Wong Kar-Wai element (ie doesn't provide a solution to the problem or a happy ending etc), but i wasn't really into the movie. The dialogue was great, but not the greatness i was expected. The acting was pretty much expected... very very good.
The thing that i most hated in this film is the camera angle, to much blackness and walls that block large portion of the screen.

Has much has i heard good review about this movie, i didn't find it any unique. There were 2 memorible scene in this movie. The part that i most remember is when Tony Leung and Maggie went to the restaurant, and they order each other wife and husband favourite food. ALso the scene where Tony Leung pretend to be Maggie husband.

BTW when Tony leung move to his new home, the room number is 2046. 2046 will be the new movie (directed by Wong Kar-Wai and satr Tony Leung)coming out this year. Can't Wait
