Hotel Transylvania(2012)- User Reviews

I took my son who is 5 and my daughter 7 to see this movie last Saturday. I had never seen any previews but it was raining and was the only age appropriate movie at the theater that day so we went. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The movie had a great deal of humor and I found myself laughing out loud several times as did my daughter. Some of the humor was over the head of my 5 year old and he nodded out eventually but older children would really like this movie. The plot is pretty similar to all kids movies but was entertaining and I didn’t feel need to check my watch like some of the movies the kids choose. All in all I would recommend this for slightly older children and adult alike, although content is not inappropriate for younger ones. All in all this was a great family film.
