The reason the movie is so short is because it didn't have a story. Most of the film was filled with wacky stuff and forgettable songs. At least I think there were songs. I can't remember.
Character development was extremely weak and the heroes of the story weren't likeable and end up betraying the horse. The villain wasn't menacing and his nephews were as dumb as cow bells.
Basically, if you haven't seen this one and are wanting to bring home a Disney movie, pick something other than this poor effort.
