Hate2O(2006)

The Italian horror film HATE 2 O, directed by Alex Infascelli (ALMOST BLUE), takes place in a secluded cottage by a polluted lake, where Olivia (Chiara Conti) and her four friends have organized a cleansing water diet and retreat. When Olivia's friends make fun of her mother, who was killed giving birth to her, she removes a fang belonging to her unborn twin, which is lodged underneath her shoulder. As she discards the tooth down a nearby drain, the water awakens her long dead twin and triggers a descent into horror and madness.
