    It's not a "Full Metal Jacket" but it is a very good war movie. Maybe just below "Platoon". I was lucky enough to pick this up for five bucks.more»

    it was an overall pretty good movie, but i must say that the soldiers didn't lool like they'd been fighting for a while...they were a pretty clean shaven but it was a good movie and story so i enjoyed it.more»

    This was a overall mediocre, it had good visuals for 1980's however not a very clear story line or main charicters. I enjoy war/actions movies & i liked this one as well. It was alot like Platoon & apocolype now.more»

    ... after the many recent wars that the US engaged in, i think this movie is more realistic then say, .. Bootcamp hell er I mean , full metal jacket.
