Here's what really bothers me. The theme.

I dont even know what to say about this movie I love all the Halloween movies (not 3) and realy loved Zombies remake of the first one but this one failed on all fronts
1: tried to tell why he is killing and failed just like the they did in the 6th movie

It has nice visuals and could have been a way better movie. Halloween 2 is an amazing horror movie and I loe it, so much! It's better than first and I really love the first one, too! This film is terrible. John Carpenter created 2 perfect films in the originals. There was no reason at all to remake either film, but today's filmmakers are so uncreative that nothing is sacred.
