A Good Day to Die Hard(2013)- User Reviews

Got exactly what I was expecting going into this movie. I just didn't know how I was going to get it.

The movie, like the previous, was totally predictable. It was over-top-action. It was totally unrealistic - just like the others. Anybody going in expecting McClane to suddenly become Columbo or Horatio Caine had wayward expectations.

McClane is equal parts John Murtagh, Jack Bauer, Marge Gunderson and Freddy Heflin with just enough Carey Mahoney mixed in.

How will it be about the money this time? How does he end up in the wrong place at the wrong time this time? How does he thwart the stealing of bearer bonds at the airport while helping Zeus save the children from the guy who wants to shut down the country's public utility system? Most importantly, how does he go yippie ki yay on the antagonist, this time?

If you watch any Die Hard movie, that's what you want to know, if that is, you're a fan of the franchise. If you're not a fan, then it's puzzling that you'd even contemplate watching this movie.

Eagerly waiting to see it again. Wondering if I miss something while the car was flying into the helicopter???
