This movie was terrible!!! I've loved Ghost Rider since I used to read the comics back in the 70's. Johnny Blaze was so cool, and yes his life was tortured by having to turn into the rider, that part was accurate. However Ghost Rider did not go around eating people souls! He left the innocent alone and punished the guilty by burning their souls with hellfire. the script was bad and I'm betting Nick Cage was under contractional obligation to do the second one.

Based on your rating, I have to wonder if you saw the same movie as the rest of us. Maybe you were high. There was little in the way of redeeming qualities to this movie.

I saw it and it suuuuucked!

Like too many movies these days, focusing on special effects and 3D. It has to have a good story line to keep some ones attention focused on the movie and main characters.

I took my son to see this movie and I thought..? Is Nick Cage just in this for the paycheck? He acts half dead throughout the movie no type of life in him Maybe the script he took was his deal with the devil, ending his career.

The only part that really held my attention was the fact that the Twinkies didn't decay and the same actor that played Lord Raiden (from mortal kombat 1 the movie) was in it.

My husband and I saw the 3D version and were extremely disappointed in the 3D effects which was minimal. We enjoyed the first Ghost Rider. We really liked this one with all the action and special effects but would have been satisfied with the 2D version. For instance they could have let the flaming rider appear to ride out in the audience or when wielding the chain in a circle it could have come out to the audience. More could have been done with the 3D effects.

THEY COULD'VE DONE WAAY BETTER THAN WHAT THEY DID. THE FIRST GHOST RIDER WAS EXTREMELY BETTER THAN THIS ONE. AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO LET IDRIS ELBA DIE, HE PLAYED AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE MOVIE. AND THEY SHOULD HAVE LEFT THE GHOST RIDER BODY THE SAME AND HIS MOTORCYCLE. PRODUCERS OF GHOST RIDER: SPIRIT OF VENGEANCE IF YALL DECIDE TO MAKE A 3RD ONE COME BETTER THAN THIS AND GET THE ORIGINAL MOTORCYCLE BACK AND ORIGINAL GHOST RIDER BECAUSE HIS APPEARANCE WAS COMPLETELY CHANGED

To me when The Ghost Rider turned that bull dozer or whatever that was in a big huge thing that blown my mind and he was at time when he did that boy i loved the way he flung the Devil back to hell that was expect!

Ghost Rider cant transform in the sun light. Way to screw up the story line. I still like Nick.

I agree 2d version is a better choice for this movie. It seems movie makers are using 3d versions to pass off poor storie lines and forcing you to pay more for it.. I hope im wrong on this but it seems to me to be that way..

Just because the movie is called Ghost Rider , get a clue, this is not a Freddie Krueger horror flick, this is based on a comic book. sadly some of you expect blood and gore and Mary Poppins singing through the hills. I look at your reviews and have to wonder if we even saw the same movie! Nicholas Cage rocked! This movie was even better than the first one.

Greatly disappointed in this movie because of its bad script. Must remember next time to read user reviews before seeing a movie, but who would've thought. Hope Nicholas Cage can arise out of his debts without sinking to perform in such a bad movie again. Ciaran Hinds, your talent is way above this script too. I enjoyed your work in Persuasion and A Day With Miss Pettigrew.

Really,a japanese Yamaha V-Max,Really.Bad enough the movie sucked but to substitute the American Harley from hell for a Jap V-max took it to a whole new LOW.Don't waste your money on this turd.
