George of the Jungle(1997)- User Reviews

This has a story that is almost unashamedly stolen from Tarzan, and weak acting, direction, and plot. George is a very annoying character, and doesn't amuse with his pratfalls and klutzing. It is amazing to think that this actor later played the lead character in the remake of The Mummy, and his poor performance here seems to be down to bad direction. John Cleese is also criminally wasted in a cameo as a gorilla.
