I believe that one of my friends best summed up this movie when he said that it is the greatest movie ever made and, at the same time, the worst movie ever made. In other words, this is a great example of the "so bad it's good" film, which constitutes a large amount of why I like it so much.

When I saw this movie, I had never heard of most of the cast members, but I didn't let that bother me, and they actually worked out pretty well with this material (in fact, had there been more "names", I doubt I would have enjoyed this as much as I did.) The plot was, admittedly, pretty dumb, but I felt that was also part of its charm. Another thing about this film that I liked was that they didn't try to make the visuals very realistic or dazzling. Overall, the people behind it did a great job making it what it is.

It's simply a shame that not many people know about this movie--I have a hard time believing that the unintentionally awful "Dude, Where's My Car?" made over $45 million, and this film has been all but forgotten. If you are one of the unfortunate many who don't know about it, you owe it to yourself to track it down. It will be worth it.
