i think it is safe to say that tyler perry hates the black race equally, men and women. I watched this movie in totally disbelief of the sterotypes that he felt needed to be betrayed for black men and women

Black men
None of the black men with the exception of the police officer and the boyfriend of kerry washington are given anything other than i am a black man, I will use you, rape you or hurt you in some way. As a black woman i felt disgusted by that because not all black men are that way. I think maybe tyler perry has been hurt in his life and he wants a movie to portray black men in a negative light or maybe he is secretly a uncle tom. either way black men are strong and not a sterotype.

Black women
I think in general he does the bigger dis service to black women he portrays black women as weak, angry and worthless. Don't be a strong independant woman because you will get raped, don't have a job or you children will die really.
I am a strong black female, what are you trying to imply to me tyler perry that underneath it all i should be weak, feel worthless and am worth nothing at all.

Overall i believe that tyer perry has issues with being a black man in america and uses his movies to degrade black men and women. Sometimes you have to love yourself for who you are, because we are beautiful. I want tyler perry to stop making sterotypes of black women and men that are negative and show the black community in a positive light. And i know that some people are going to say that movie good deeds shows that. but the actor in the movie that does the good deed is tyler perry what good deed does he really do for the black community with a movie like this.
