I wasn't expecting much, but wow,I was captivated by the way simple things of life were made so enchantingly interesting and heartwarming without being sappy. It's a classic. Btw, I ve never heard of it before. Every home and school library should have a copy. Refreshing. A simple ordinary story Beautifully and skillfully told and filmed.
I love the 2 perspectives thing. It s so easy to watch and not at all jarring swinging to and fro. The secret thoughts were amusingly familiar!
