The first 20 minutes of the show was the best. The movie is more directed to substance abuse and should have been advertised as such.
It does bring to light how cover ups do go on in any system. After sitting through how the substance abuse effected numerous lives it did show that some people do have a conscience and take responsiblity for themselves.
It is a movie that I would not go out of my way to recommend.
