I viewed the movie 6 times before I read the book and do find the movie is as good as the book. The movie is based on true events that happened during the testing of LSD at UCLA during the 60s. The actors and actresses played out each role in excellent taste. The direction of the movie followed the plot very well and was well directed. However, the movie did lack taste in some areas but made it up in others.
