This may be one of the worst movies ever made but every time it's on I watch it. I mean the story is absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe it was approved to be made. It's terrible, but man I love this movie. A rogue EPA agent posing as an Appalachian relief worker that falls in love with a women that is sexually aused by her brother. All this while beating up the entire town and uncovering dirty EPA and FBI agents. Terrible terrible movie. Man is it good.
