Withou a doubt THE BEST BIKINI seen ever. A once in a lifetime seen that cannnot be duplicated or topped. Sean Penn was brillant, funny and played Jeff Spicoli in a way only he could of done. I went to school with a 'Spicoli', unfortunately he did not live long enough to see this movie. I think he would have found it very funny. There are a lot of memorable lines from that movie that stil funny to this day. Who could ever forget, "People on ludes should not drive." or "Relax, my old man is a TV repairmain, he's got an awesome set of tools, I can fix it.", and "All I need is cool buds and tasty waves and I'm fine."
