The director sets out to show that yoga can transform anyone. She doesn't force this point and allows viewers to form their own opinion. I think the real beauty in this film is its honesty. The advice from the gurus in the film is also very touching and I think everyone will be able to take something positive away from this film. Regardless of whether you are into yoga or not or are a spiritual person or not. A must see, in my opinion.
