What can I say I got this on DVD 2 years ago as a present from my Mom and I decided to watch it the day I got it. From beginning to end I felt like a little 8 year old again as I had the biggest smile on my face. The movie kicks of in 2D animation and Giselle(Amy Adams) has the perfect fairytale life,or does she??. Her soon to be stepmother in law pushes her down a magic fountain where she is transformed into a flesh blooded woman coming out of a manhole in Times Square New York City. Scared and lost she meets a handsome divorce attorney named Robert Philip who doesn't believe in romance or fairytales and with a hint of magic he soon starts to believe in what it is like to be in love and that all your dreams can come true.

Amy Adams was brilliant as the wide eyed princess,while her real love interest Patrick Dempsey was charming in this film as the cynical Robert Philip. James Marsden was hilarious as the dim-witted prince Edward who is Giselle's first love interest but you will be surprised as to who she picked in the end of the film. The only downside I had to it was that the dragon scene wasn't scary at all and the ending was just rushed I felt like the director wanted to end it quickly.With a great score and a great supporting cast from Susan Sarandon to Amy Adams Enchanted is a great film to watch if you like fairytales. Although it has alot of plot holes that can be easily spotted it is an outstanding movie that will have your entire family under its spell.
