An original dark comedy.

Eating Raoul is an all time classic dark comedy.Paul Bartel and Mary Woronov really added flavor to the film, they play a couple who want to start a restaurant, they deal with a lot of perverts.Paul and Mary Bland get the idea of posing as sex maniacs, inviting swingers over to their apartment and Paul hits them over the head with a big iron skillet, killing them, then taking their money.Raoul,a locksmith and a thief, played superbly by Robert Beltran(Chakotay of Star Trek Voyager)He later on gets in on the sceme, but has Mary on his mind and more. When this movie came out in 1982,I remember seeing it when it was on HBO,I still love this film,I give it 2 thumbs up and 10/10 stars.Paul Bartel and Richard Blackburn, who played James, the real estate man,did an excellent job with writing the script.

Edie McClurg as the lady at the swingers party is another great cast member.

Ed Begley Jr. as the Hippie,is cool also.

Don Steele as the host of the swingers party,if you recognize his voice,he was Rockin Ricky, the D.J. in the 1984 classic film "Gremlins".
