For anyone out there who is claiming that this film is Liberal Global Warming Hogwash, note that the original Lorax book was all about environmental stewardship. The book itself was meant to inspire people not to be wasteful of natural resources. The fact that this film version might touch on issues of global warming is completely in line with Seuss's vision for the original Lorax. This film is what it is.
