Django Unchained(2012)- User Reviews

This is satisfying mayhem with unexpected characters and plot twists that are as unbelievable as they are entertaining. DiCaprio and Samuel L. Jackson give great performances. Some scenes are not for the squeamish. It is interesting that the filmmakers felt the need to assure us that "no horses were harmed" with so much human harm depicted on screen. As one film critic said this is a spaghetti western fairy tale. All ends well, but don't take the kids.
