Django Unchained(2012)- User Reviews

Saw this movie last night. Classic Tarantino! Incredible acting by Foxx, DiCaprio and Jackson. Parts were difficult to watch because of cruelty or gore, but in true Tarantino fashion, you were grossed out or disturbed one minute and laughing the next. Could have done with a little less blood, but I knew what I was getting into....would see it again and recommend to others. Some may be bothered by use of "N" word, but it is a period movie, people! "African American" was not in the vocabulary at the time. Music was also well done. The movie was lengthy- 2 hours 45 minutes- but I enjoyed every minute and didn't look at my watch once.
