Django Unchained is violent, profane, and awesome! I loved this movie! The dialogue can only be described as Tarantino. Every scene builds tension like someone pulling a rubber band. It builds and builds until the rubber band snaps, and when it snaps... gallons of blood are stylishly splattered ALL OVER THE SCREEN! The only other thing that is all over this movie is the language (particularly the n-word.) It may be profane, but the language wasn't gratuitous. The whole movie was SO well acted. Christoph Waltz is GREAT as Dr. King Schultz. Jamie Foxx as Django was the coolest slave in movie history. DiCaprio was so evil that it's almost CULTURE SHOCK! Him being a slave beating jerk was a completely different role for him. The real question is: Is DiCaprio the villain, or is that Samuel L. Jackson? Samuel L. Jackson's character is almost as evil as DiCaprio's. It's one of my favorite movies of the year, and I've seen +30 movies this year so that's saying something. If you get offended by cartoonish violence or profanity, don't see this movie. But if you could care less, this movie is AWESOME!
