EEP.. yes, violent and disturbing

I am an admirer of Quentin Tarrantino. I have liked, in varying degrees, all of his films. I went to see this one knowing it was brutal and guess what? IT WAS.. brutal and violent. That is not to say it is not an important movie to see, just don't take the kids, grandkids or anyone under 18, ok? I liked the leads quite a bit and all the performances. I got some of the dark humor and in joke movie references.. It crossed spaghetti westerns with blaxsploittion flicks in a pretty seemless way. Only more violent.. did i say it was brutal and violent? The dogs/man scene was too much and I had to look away.
Enjoyed seeing Franco Nero, and some good B actors in it. It was beautifully shot. One that can get a conversation going, imo.
