Deadfall(1993)

A young con artist accidentally kills his father on an elaborate sting operation. While dying, father tells son to find long-lost uncle who happens to be the father's twin, an expert con artist himself. When he does, the young man, his partner and the uncle embark on a major con, only to have the uncle die as the young man freezes up on the job. It then turns out that the father is still alive.
