I saw this film with my 19-year-old daughter and my 86-year-old mother-in-law. We roared. This film is hilarious.
If I was a serious college student, I might not be able to see the humor. Thank God, I'm an old man.
Making a movie that is sure to rub serious college students the wrong way is probably not a great idea from a sales perspective. I guess one must follow one’s Muse.
Anyway, the only times I was aware of the acting was when the frat boys are on the screen. Then I thought, “How can anybody act that stupid?”
The attempts at complements that come across as stabbing remarks were brilliant.
In the grand tradition of Three Stooge comedies, this story does end. The movie just stops. Nothing is resolved. But it works.
