R.C. Sherriff


R.C. Sherriff penned many notable screenplays, alone or with others, during the '30s, '40s, and '50s. He was also a noted playwright (best known for the classic Journey's End) who began his career in the 1920s after working as an insurance clerk and fighting in WWI as an infantry captain.
