Robyn Lively

A working actor since she was three years old, Robyn Lively grew into an energetic red-haired beauty, and became a headliner playing intrepid reporter Lane MacKenzie on "Savannah" (The WB, 1996-97). after also appearing as Andrew Fox' squeeze on "Freshman Dorm" (CBS, 1992), the object of Neil Patrick Harris' impure thoughts on "Doogie Howser, MD" (ABC, 1991-93), and being nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for her performance as the insecure teen in the 1991 ABC Afterschool Special "Less Than Perfect Daughter". Lively began performing in TV commercials at age three in her native Georgia and in 1978 played Kristy McNichol's half-sister--the more favored daughter--in "Summer of My German Solider" (NBC), which was filmed in Georgia. By the early 80s she was in Hollywood making guest appearances on TV series, such as "Knight Rider" and "Punky Brewster". She was the eldest daughter on the short-lived series "Boone" (NBC, 1983-84), for which she received a Youth in Film nomination. Lively also had a recurring role on "Still the Beaver" (TBS) in the mid-80s. In 1991, she was the smart, ambitious and very pregnant daughter to Mary Kay Place in the TNT movie "Crazy From the Heart" and in 1995 played Nurse Maggie Atkinson, love interest for Dr. Nyland, on one season of "Chicago Hope" (CBS). Lively's feature film career began at age 12 alongside Robin Williams in "The Best of Times" (1986), and in 1989 she had two key roles: Ralph Macchio's love interest in "The Karate Kid, Part III," and as a teen-ager with magical powers in "Teen Witch".
