Lionel Lindon

American cinematographer Lionel Lindon joined the film industry as a teenage lab assistant and was soon promoted to assistant director. In 1930, he began operating a camera and within 13 years had become a director of photography. He went on to shoot many fine films, primarily for Paramount.
