Cloud Atlas(2012)- User Reviews

Personally I loved this movie, but I can see why some people hate it. This movie is almost 3 hours long and it has like 5 or 6 different storylines that happen at different times in history. Some in the past, some in the present, and some in the distant future and it is kind of hard to follow if you don't pay attention. This isn't an action packed movie (although it has some brief action) filled with explosions, nor does it has a bad#$%$ hero that saves the day, so do not expect this when you go see it or you'll hate this movie.

I cannot really explain with detail what this movie is about, but in a nutshell, this movie is about reincarnation and how people's desisions affect others.However, the movie is very well done. The visual effects are awesome, the acting and makeup are so great that some actors play as many as 6 different roles and you probably won't notice until the end credits, and the story develops in such a smooth way that the transitions between stories are barely noticeable. You will be glued to the tv screen for the entire duration of the movie with out even noticing that 3 hours have past.
