"Nicky fixed it.",is the slogan for a NYC mayor attempting to win re-election to a second term. NYC was billions of dollars in debt and a broken to bits city until Nicky fixed it in his first term,and most of the voters agree. But in the current election will his slogan keep him afloat and out of a jam that his wife,campaign staff and one ex-cop with a grudge are creating for him as they attempt to expose a real estate scam,a scam Nicky himself has devised. The scam will not only affect real estate values but cause harm to the many poor ethnics living in the area,an area wher the ex-cop's friends reside. So can Nicky really fix it?
While the plot is not all that intriguing,and most of the actors not giving their all to the film,it does still pack a political one two punch for present day big city dynamics.
