    I have to say Brazil is by far Gilliam's best work. Very kafcaesque. Every moment, spoken Dialoge, and wide-angle lense shoot gave me that pit feeling in my stomach. This film is a Landmark for so many other writers, and directors , even myself.more»

    Before I saw this film, I read many of the reviews on this very site just as you are now.
    I read some that explained the ending to be bizzar, disturbing and some just didn't like it.

    Terry Gilliam is an absolute genious, and this film proves it. Brilliantly shot, acted, and written. I have this on my "Best Sci-Fi" list, but it's really a fantasy. If you've read 1984 by George Orwell, you may see some similarities.
