Brave(2012)- User Reviews

I love everything Pixar has done so far. But the story telling in this movie was beyond excellent. I did not expect the way the story turned it based on the previews alone. The previews made me think it would be the typical disney movie where the woman is looking for a suitor and falls in love in the end. That was not this movie.
For comments about it not being for children, I highly disagree. For very young children there are some thrilling moments (i'll hint they involved a bear, but that's well known from the previews). Nothing graphic though, it is a family movie afterall. The ending had basically the entire theatre in tears. Last movie I cried during was Toy Story 3, last one before that was Up!. This movie reminded me of Up! in the way things unfolded (the highs, the lows and the twists and turns).
Right off the bat I fell in love with the characters. They were very charming (I guess it helps that I love the accents).
If you are a mother, I would highly recommend you take your child to see this movie! You will not be disappointed!!!
I did not see it in 3D however, the 3D theatre was packed and even the non-3D theatre was still almost at capacity.
