Brave(2012)- User Reviews

This was an absolutely brilliant movie. It is probably not good for 4 or 5 year olds, but a friend brought her 6 and 8 year olds to see it, and they loved Brave! The music was good. The animation was good. The story was great. There is conflict between parent and child, and they are both wrong. I was very pleased to see that there was no blame thrown mostly to only one party or the other (as I’ve noticed that the parents tend to get more of the blame in a lot of movies).

The beginning was a little slower, but once you started the movie, it got exciting and funny fast, and it kept you on the edge of your seat, waiting to see what would happen next. There were a few crude jokes, but nothing really offensive. There was also some slight nudity, but, again, nothing offensive.

All in all, this was a fantastic movie for both boys and girls, young and old. When I saw it at the theater, it had only one child and the rest were teens and adults and half of them were men. It is a pleaser for everyone!
