Bolt(2008)- User Reviews

This movie was alright. It had a fast start and an interesting premise in that Bolt believed he was a super-dog. It largely borrowed from elements of the Truman Show and Toy Story so the actual story wasn't really original. Some of the plot was downright predictable. Rhino the hamster was pretty funny and made the movie worth watching in the second half when things got very slow and boring. There was one blatantly fake part of the movie when the cat suddenly decides the three of them should live in cardboard boxes on the outskirts of Vegas. It was completely contrived to give a sense of drama and conflict which felt totally false.

All in all it's worth one viewing.
