An animated cartoon adventure has Penny a little girl rescuing yet another white stray puppy from a pet shelter. Years later Penny and her puppy,Bolt become famous Hollywood actors in a TV series. During one production,Bolt gets lost from the set and meets up with common city critters in a parkway. His new friends are pigeons,a cat and a hamster in a plastic ball and they all help celebrity Bolt search for his Penny person and his way back across state lines. Now its his turn to rescue her from a firey scene.And all live happily after in a large farmhouse away from Hollywood.
