Anyone who has ever lived in the backwoods of KY, TN, Virginia or in the deep South will be able to understand this poignant movie...reminded me of my families people from KY. The acting was very good and although the movie was a bit slow, it was a heartfelt and heartwarming movie. This movie reminded me of "Get Low", "Second Hand Lions" and "The Billy Graham Movie".
