Blade Runner(1982)- User Reviews

This takes Phillip K. Dick's novel to another level. Dick's novel was good, but this movie puts it on a level never to be touched again. Blade Runner is the all time greatest Sci-Fi movie. The direction Ridley Scott takes is awesome and still stands the test of time. For a movie made in the early 80's, it clearly shows it was ahead of it's time with the visuals and special effects. Harrison Ford does a great job of portraying the cop who is reluctant to pursue what is thought to be the enemy. The other actors are also excellent in their characters. Rutger Hauer turns in his best movie performance. Sean Young and Daryl Hannah do a great job supporting the cast. Special effects and the stunning visuals are what make this one of the greatest Sci-Fi movies of all time.
