Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure(1989)- User Reviews

Yes, there are some who might call this a cheap, corny, or even (gasp) bad movie...but think for a minute, people. This is the movie which introduced surfer-talk - and the word "dude" for that matter. The acting is most excellent, the music is totally bodacious, and the story is definitely triumphant. For all you drama fans out there, there is even a (relatively) sad scene...I leave the rest to you to watch it and find out.
