Simple? Yes. Predictable? Yeah. Funny and Entertaining? You bet!! And movie are supposed to be entertaining escapes and that is what this is for sure!! It's actually even funnier when you go in already knowing all about the featured historical figures. Socrates is a fun old grampa kinda guy and Genghis Kahn makes himself..uhh.."at home" in a sporting goods store, and Napolean is of course a "d*ck" according to Ted's little brother. Some inacuracies aside, it's just plain fun!!
